To be fair to Skull, he didn't post her personal details, he just posted info that anyone with half a brain could use to get her personal details. He wasn't like "Lol this girl here who lives here and can be contacted at this number was crazy", he was just dumb.

Well, that changes things a little bit
there's a lot of holes in the chat log due to personal detail-editing-outness, and the gist I got was that he had kind of put everything up there for whoever to just have and do what they wished with it.
Not quite, but at some point he posted her first name, and at some point he posted her Facebook profile with all the stuff that it would take to contact her blanked out. But it still had her network, and we could see her interests and whatnot, and her picture, so anyone who wanted to could still find her, take her AIM from it, direct her to the thread, email her, I think her phone number was on the facebook.

I went clubbing and got a phone number but then the girl assaulted me.
It wasn't as bad as all that, but it was a little creepy and a huge disappointment because she was very attractive.
