Neville, thanks again, this has been my favorite Phalla so far. I also have a few more comments after reading through your game mechanics. First, I loved how much of the HP universe you used and how you incorporated so many roles/powers. Non-standard powers like Imperio/Stupefy provided a great twist, though I fear they were underused. As for balance issues, I really do think that the good guys had an advantage. They had about double the normal allotment, 2 guardians alone make a huge difference let alone the rest of them. Dumbledore's resurrection power might have been enough to turn the tide if he had been able to use it even once. If they had been a bit more active (from what I've seen posted in the analysis,) I'm sure the good-guys would have made this a lot more difficult.
From a strategic standpoint, the good guys dictated the flow of the game for the first 3 days. They forced us to burn kills on outed specials and discover that they had multiple guardians. We did get pretty lucky at times, trying to figure out who Voldy's group would aim for and avoiding the double kill as well as hitting a bad-guy. Hunter's survival was key since it gave us an extra kill or two over the last few days. Anyway, like I said before, I had a blast being evil. If it wasn't for the 30 min discrepancy, I might have tried going for some of those big vote ties...

You had to leave Neville out, though, otherwise there would have been balance issues, the bad guys not having a chance of winning and all.
On a somewhat related note, I just saw OOtP, and damn if the kid that's playing Longbottom isn't getting huge. Excellent casting decision.
EDIT: So when's the Animorphs phalla slated to start?
