So what's up this fine weekend?

I'm headed to Carrowinds (Amusement park) in the hopes of suffering some some sort of ghastly, but not life threatening, injury that will enable me to sue for millions and live a happy life of rich solitude. I'll follow that up with a Weird Al concert Saturday night and a Dropkick Murphys show on Sunday night.

I went to Elitch Gardens last summer. God smiled upon us that day, because the state finals for the cheerleader competition were being held the same day. Cheerleaders everywhere. It was spectacular.

also Dropkick Murphys are awesome. I saw them live with Agnostic Front and The Business right after they released Do or Die. It was at a tiny club in Seattle called RKCNDY (I loved that place) on Saint Patty's Day. Holy fucking hell that was a crazy awesome show. Those motherfuckers had their Irish on that night for sure.

this weekend, I'm chilling. Not going anywhere or doing anything big for the first weekend in probably six weeks. Soooo looking forward to it. Get a bunch of cleaning done around the house and just spend the rest of the time painting warhammer miniatures. This is excellent news.
