Usually wait for someone else to make these, but FNSM was all kinds of win this week and had to start this thread myself to get that out there.
Spoiler:

Namor also had all kinds of awesome this week. While the story was fairly average, the fights were definitely worth the price of admission.

See I dont even like Namor and even I think its stupid. It means that any generic soldier can put him down. I hate magic collars and nano pills and all other stupid shit which means teh greatest heroes can be destroyed by any fucker. Kind of like the abundance of Kryptonite in Metropolis.

If you can;t think of a good way to write a story and have it go your way then bam, invent some new magic tech.

I haven't read a DC comic in years (when was the death of superman?) but that Jimmy Olsen scan, for some reason intrigued me.

You'd think Clark would quit wearing the suit under his clothes.

I mean, he can go change clothes in like half of a second.

I didnt say Venoms plot gun made any sense or was good, just explained why he was able to do it. The issue was pretty decent overall for a slugfest book. If you are buying it for any deep insights or plot, you probably picked the wrong book. Namor wrecks Wolverine's shit for most of the issue, even after he gets stabbed in the chest.

As for Quasar, I dont think thats the Dragon of the Moon. She even states this issue that she got rid of it when she died and transferred her mind to a new body on Titan. The flashback shows the entity flying away. I'm not saying it isnt the Dragon, but at this point it kinda doesnt make sense for it to be that, but also leaves it as the only possible explanation.

    Spoiler:

Man, i really hate to be one of these guys. I really do.

But fuck that, no way in hell that should/would/could ever happen.

Nevermind, according to Marvel, the mini happens right after Civil War, and in WWH we see Namor has grown them back.

Just another Marvel popular character winning due to popularity in a freak fight, cmon, if Spiderman can beat Silver Surfer´s power cosmic, anything can happen.

With WWH pussying out at #3 and Green Lantern Corps making me buy DC, looks like Punisher will be the only marvel book Ill be buying monthly. And Booster gold´s preview is made of win.

I think he means Firelord. I think what he is trying to say is that the power cosmic is the same for all heralds, so i guess he is technically correct.

Modok's 11 was made for people that crave fun. Do you like fun?

    Spoiler:

Love the concept going in Booster Gold, but more so, that last page. I hope they keep doing that, but screw Final Crisis, make it inconsequential timeline nonsense, kinda like "on the next Arrested Development..."

And fuck Venom. The only way this is redeemed is if Matt Gargan gets such a full dose of Imperious Rex that he wishes it was Namor's brother from a DC mother that was after him.

Booster Gold, especially the preview page:
    Spoiler:

Also, it looks like they're going to now pattern Booster's entire character after the "Greatest Story Never Told" episode of JLU.

    This is a good thing.

Agreed. Somehow, it seems so right for Booster. When he's actually being selfless and good, nobody gets to know about it. I'm really looking forwards to this, above all other 52 spin-offs (although I also really wanna see the 4 Horsemen one...)
