How to make a Facebook Widget?

Simple Question: I want to design a basic widget for facebook that you can list what games you're playing and your gamertag. How hard would it be for someone who is basically a total noob at programming?

    Would be pretty straightworward if you knew a bit of php. Are you sure nobody has done it already?

    I haven't seen one around. Maybe, but its not that popular if it is. I'm sure one of my friends would've found it if it was.
