Because that's not exactly what I mean.

As you know, normally when you attack, you don't get to say WHAT you're attacking. You're just throwing an attack at your opponent's direction. If he throws a creature in the way, then it hits the creature. If he doesn't, then it hits him, the player.

I'm trying to make it so that you can actually spesify a target when you attack. Adding a game mechanic wasn't there previously. Only, you can't select the player himself, as that would be too cheap.

In that case, it should read along the lines of "T: Until end of turn, you may assign blockers for target creature you control. You may only use this ability at the beginning of combat before blockers are declared."

Tap: Target defender must block all attackers, even if the defender normally couldnt.

That isn't what I want it to do either. Not ALL attackers, only one. I wan't the artifact to function like an enchantment, something that is effectively being used by one character, and one character alone, every turn.

I realize there's a slight wording error (because I'm tired) with the way I have it now (part of it was redundant, as I said it twice) but that aside, it's been the closest to what I want it to do sofar.

Target defending creature (one creature) must block (it has to freaking block) target attacking creature (one other freaking creature), even if it normally wouldnt be able to do so (because you are attacking it!!!)

I'd remove the "even if it normally wouldn't be able to" part, because an attacking creature that is not flying should not be able to deal damage to something that can fly. So you shouldn't be able to force the flying creature to be the defender. Flying can attack Flying, and Flying can attack Non-flying, but Non-flying shouldn't be able to attack Flying.

Yeah, that's right. I thought about making it an Enchantment, but then it's stuck on only one creature card. I wanted it to just be out there, ready to use by any of your cards.

PS: Wtf is Equipment? Is that new? I thought only Spellfire had equipment cards.

MySQL errors aren't only G&T related though. Don't know how to solve this problem besides making it multicolour, but that'd make it useless.

Equipment cards have been around a while. Basically work like artifacts, you pay a cost to put them in play. Then they normally have a cost to equip to a creature.

One of my favorite cards in my real deck is an equipment card.

That's a good idea. People won't be adding cards too quickly, so people probably won't create splits in the quote tree, which usually happens when a quote tree has high-participation at a quick rate.
