Just a few niggles tha I can see.
Firstly, I'm not sure about it, but in regards to Trashcan, I don't think you can have a colorless sorcery.
Secondly, Echo's "(2)T: Destroy basic thread needs to cost a fair bit more. Taking mana sources away is a very nasty thing to do, and at 2 colorless, is rather cheap. Make it something like 1 or 2 colorless and 2 green.
Thirdly, Echo's tap forumer ability is way too expensive, there are several blue cards in normal magic that can tap any card for just a few mana. Tapping 2 creatures should be moderately priced, more like 2 or 3 colorless and a green or something.
Finally, just a tiny thing, but Mod Forum is on the wrong backround. I also think there should be a better way to phrase the tap for mana ability, but I can't think of it of the top of my head.
Other than that, I like 'em.

We're not doing colorless instants or sorceries, so Trashcan and IBTL need to be changed. IBTL could probably be made into a couple different colored instants, or an artifact with an activated ability or something.
