So my sister's really hard to deal with, my parents, my brother and my self as well as some of her teachers have all experienced what it's like to try to get her to behave. She has a long history of selfishness and vindictive behavior. She's a slob who covers the bathroom in hair and water and locks herself in there for hours on end with the water running and the windows often closed.
She curses out my parents, steals and/or destroys other people's property (an iPod, a half-dozen pairs of headphones, anything left in the bathroom that isn't her property and anything she feels is in her way.) she even threw my mother's laptop on the ground in a fight because she was asked to use it only if she needed it for her homework. The laptop needed to be repaired because it wouldn't even turn on after that.
She's been punished before, mostly just yelling and empty threats on my parents' part. Occasionally my mother will forbid her from going to see friends, but half the time will buckle because "I'd rather [sister] be outside with her friends than inside watching TV."
Well today was the last straw.
My sister and I just began sharing lawn-cutting duties. My brother left for college so my mother offered her $15 to mow the lawn. That's $15 per week until it starts snowing. My sister, who is 15 and without a job decided she didn't want to cut the lawn. Instead she wanted to do nothing in-particular while laying on the leather sofa, browsing facebook/myspace and watching MTV. My mother, after probably about 45 minutes of attempted reasoning yelled at my sister and took her laptop back.
My sister said that now she WOULDN'T cut the lawn EVER because she was yelled at and proceeded to lock herself in the bathroom (locked the door and pulled out drawers to block it from opening) for 4 (FOUR!) hours.
Since I was the 'good child' who usually ended up getting the shit end of the stick because I respected my parents, I was outraged at her behavior. I had cut the front lawn already (harder due to trees, bushes and whatnot, where the back lawn is a flat triangle of grass) and while she was in the shower managed to drive to the store, buy an XBox 360 elite, play some demo guitar hero, drive to another store in another town, buy a used copy of Dead Rising and drive back home, then set up my XBox and play through the entire first level of BioShock all before I finally offered to shut the water off.
Even after it was off my sister wouldn't come out. My father came home and told her to come out of the bathroom and cut the lawn but she flat out said "No" and "Turn this fucking water back on right now!".
My father eventually turned the water back on :x and mowed the lawn :...:.
Since the only thing she cares about is facebook and the like I logged right into my account and posted a step-by-step explanation of my sister's day that day, including lovely quotes from her arguing with my parents. It took two posts to relay the entire thing. It wasn't up but for 15 minutes when my sister's phone was texted by one of her "bitch ass slut fag" friends (she actually puts this in her phone, not my words at all) telling her that all this info is up on her facebook and all her friends have seen it.
I get yelled at :eyeroll:, walk calmly up the stairs and delete the two posts and then delete her off my friends list.
My parents think I've stepped way over the line but I felt that a very harsh action was called for. My sister is now having her cell phone privileges taken away for a week as punishment from my folks.
I started to feel guilty about doing this to her. After all, a teenage girl has no greater part of her world than her social life, but if she wants to act like an heiress like all her idols on "Super Sweet Sixteen" she's going to get hit hard. I have to admit it made me feel much better when, in retaliation for what I did to her she carried a big cup of water from upstairs and threw it on my mother.
At any rate, I REALLY needed to vent. Do you have any stories of sibling bitchery or sweet, brutal revenge?

I am the only one she fears and respects. She hasn't DARED fuck with my room since she was very little. I can tear her world apart and she knows I will do it.
I have slapped her before. Unlike when my mother occasionally loses her shit and hits her, my sister didn't dare hit me back.
She once punched me in the face for yelling at her so I grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground.
We all try not to get physical but when she makes first contact I react instantly.
She's not going to last 10 minutes in college and I feel really bad for my folks.
