It would be hilarious if that demonstration was not intended to be in the game, and they just did it to make JT waste a lot of his time and energy. Then again, if the game comes out and it's not in there, there's the perception that it's a success on his part. So... nevermind.
From what I recall in the Game Informer article the laywers name and appearance don't look anything like Jack. Rockstar clearly put it in as a jab but hell if he'll be able to prove it without admiting he said that exact line or something.
