Firefox won't save cookies!

OK, so my firefox refuses to save new cookies. It keeps me logged in for these forums and some other things but plenty of websites it refuses to keep me logged in (ebay, etc.) though it remembers my saved passwords. It's not set to clear private data, and I've checked over my extensions and it doesn't look like any of them are causing a problem...

    Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Cookies -> Keep Until <whenever you want them kept until>
