I'm still hungover and it's bloody well six. Today has taught me important lessons about drinking pints of gin and tonics in impromptu lock-ins on school nights.

Do it more often so as to lessen the effect the night has on you the next day?
So I caught my second bus on time, thankfully. <_< On the way back I was sitting next to a girl/woman and I figured I should just talk to her, because hey, I hadn't talked much all day and there's someone sitting next to me right now. She wasn't really pretty or anything and she dressed a bit old-fashioned.
I asked what she was listening to, she said it was some flute-player (forgot the name already), I said I didn't know him, she said "most youngsters don't", so I asked what the music was like. He was just performing something of Vivaldi, I said I liked Debussy myself and asked how old she was, because of her "most youngsters" comment.

Some people just get born old, I suppose.
I don’t think she was being elitist; I think she was just expressing disappointment.
"Most youngsters don't sounds fairly elitist. I certainly could be wrong. It couldbe she was including herself in that statement, and she was just talking about that in general, her peers don't know who the guy is.
However, I've got to consider which is more likely. An intelligent, modest young 21 year old was perfectly rational in saying that most of the people she knows don't know the music, or, a snobby, self-entitled little brat who listens to classical was judging everyone else from an ivory tower of bitchiness?
I even like a lot of orchestral music, but... I'm cynical, so I'm going to assume she was being snobby.

Same here. You'd have to actually read what I was saying to figure out if I was drunk or not--my typing is great when I'm drunk.
These women are so average, couldn't they get some porn actresses or something. I can't wank to natural people damn it!

One's a liberal slob, the other is a fastidious conservative. But put them together and they get into the craziest of situations!
Yeah, The Octagon, though, has always been a little more left leaning.

Let's just say it would have led her into the only great depression she'd have ever actually known.
I'll just wiki it, ok.
