I don't think you understand how the system works. If someone bought Orang Box, but already had HL2 or HL2Ep1 he can give the extra copies of those games to someone else. IT DOES NOT WORK WITH ANY OTHER GAMES!

I could set up steam tomorrow on my girlfriend's new computer, and then take it. We just bought a rig that can actually play games, and I've been itching to actually try it on something more intensive (I don't own anything newish even because of not having a computer). I want to use the Source SDK, but apparently it doesn't like me just owning TF2 and CS:S. I'd also like to actually play it through once to the end

Edit: They say I should be able to use CSS for full SDK access... what gives?

Edit2: Looks like this is a bug for the SDK, should be fixed. If anyone has one, and other people still want it, give it to them first.

Well heck, I've yet to play Half-Life 2, so I'd love a copy of that. I've been eyeing up The Orange Box, but (perhaps foolishly) went for Unreal Tournament 3 instead.

I've installed Steam, and my username there is Blue_Legba.

Hopefully I'll be able to pass on another copy to someone else when I pick up The Orange Box.

Half Life 1 isn't actually in the Orange Box, so I doubt anyone even can gift it.
