I am interested in knowing which games out there have a toolkit or whatever, something to build your own scenarios or content of some kind. I know NWN/NWN2 do. I remember Starcraft having something similar (albeit more basic).
There have to be more out there. I would appreciate knowing whether it comes with the retail release too or not. Oblivion for example - does the regular retail box come with a toolkit? There's no mention of it either in the interior booklet (I found an open box at EB and checked) or on the box itself... not sure.
This is for a christmas gift. Are there other games I haven't considered? What about Oblivion?
