I need an audio adapter that will allow me to have 2 input sources running through 1 set of speakers.

I have my 360 and PC as well as a pair of logitech X-230's. Using the logitech game adapter thing i turn the 360 RCA into the standard headphone female, and obviously on my computer i have the standard female aswell.

So i guess i need a 2 male to 1 female adapter, Having googled it gave me no results, just 2 male RCA to female standard.

halp!

That's because what you want doesn't really exist. You need some kind of input selector, either a discrete box like this or a receiver, which will let you select one of the two inputs at a time or a channel mixer. If you only had one input going at a time it might work if you rigged up the appropriate cables and gender changers, but I wouldn't count on it.

You can use a Y-cable to do this with analog audio and video signals, but you can't run both sources at once and expect to get good results. It's best to get a selector or mixer like DrFrylock mentioned, but if you are trying to spend as little money as possible you can get all types of Y-cables at RadioShack or Frys, or any number of online stores.
