My mom was so excited about being able to bake all week. She made these seven layer bar thingies that are... just... fucking amazing. Also, these little pumpkin whoopees, as her mother's recipe called them. They're like tiny pumpkin spice cakes with sweet, spiced cream cheese frosting in the middle.
