well maybe care is the wrong word. but SWG is the shittiest MMO ever. and if you have any good memories of Star Wars? it'll rape them. basically playing SWG makes you a worse person than you were before and we don't want that for you.
my total playtime with Star Wars Galaxies was about 4 minutes
granted, this was post-revamp, so it might have been mildly interesting before that
but god, I'd rather play EVE
and that's saying something, because EVE is boring as shit

basically that game was ruined by the developers catering to a small but vocal minority. it wasn't star wars, and it wasn't a good MMO, it was like a shitty star wars fan fic attached to an even shittier game design.
We rented this movie cheaply through Redbox and I'm glad it's only a dollar a day so I didn't waste my money. What more can I say except that I almost fell asleep several times while watching this movie? It had no plot and the musical numbers were terrible. It even stunk as a family movie with sexual innuendo and just overall crudeness. I didn't laugh even once throughout the whole movie. It wasn't very original and the same plot devices were used over and over ad nauseum.
When we watch a movie as a family, we try to decide whether the rental would be a future "buyer" or not. This was voted hands down as NOT a "buyer".
Maybe the video game this movie is based on is good -- I've never played it -- but this movie goes down as one of the top 10 worst family movies ever and definitely the worst Christmas movie I've ever seen!
yeah, Clooney seems pretty cool, and from what I've heard it's actually the case.
as for Batman Forever, it's a guilty pleasure but I really enjoy that movie, campy but not nearly as bad as Batman and Robin, which was just horrifying.

Cloony is producing a Diamond Age miniseries for sci-fi.
So San Andreas continues to be a big fat heaping pile of fun. How do the other two in the GTAIII series compare? I'm really tempted to pick up Vice City on steam after finishing San Andreas, but is the original III any good, or has it been dated by the other two?

batman returns was fun
I actually had fun with it up until I realized the developers were basically fucking with us after they delayed the combat upgrade for the third time
I came back when they finally released it two years after I left and it was an improvement I thought
Then two months later they released this bullshit and all the positive changes they had made went out the fucking window

Batman Returns was an awesome movie
the basic driving and sandboxy-ness is about the same
no flying though
it's just really challenging
His grandma was Rosemary Clooney, the old flapper jazz singer from the 30s or something, the one that sang, like, "Come On-A My House" and shit.
