A lot of you probably know this site already due to the popularity and excellence of the dude's flash, but he also has some pretty okay spooky stories on it.

So now I would totally love to see Godzilla and Cthulhu "fight".

    Just for shits and giggles.

jet jaguar and ultraman look exactly the same

Which is why Jet Jaguar doesn't appear much anymore. Lawsuits.

Also Godzilla vs Cthulhu comes down to the simple fact that Godzilla is the hero in this equation and therefore will win.

However, the hero always wins in Godzilla movies.

Metz I thought the end of your story would be that the dolphins beat the nameless horror up

My dreams usually entail writing "fuck you" on something and the victim running away in shame.

    Wait.

What if all the dolphins in the world teamed up to take on Cthulhu? I would pay an incredibly large sum of money to see something like that.

    Well let's see.

Godzilla was the badguy in the first movie, he was stopped.
He was also the bad guy in the second, and was stopped again.
Then he became a hero for a few decades, never losing a movie.
Then came the Hensei series, where Godzilla was a little villainous but still did the right thing in the end.
Then there was the 2000 series where he went from villain to hero back and forth but either way the good guys of each movie won.

Pfft please the (real) Ghostbusters have beat Cthulu once so that means Godzilla can too

I like to think that the end of the story I detailed is the kid is bitten, bit is just trapped between the monster's teeth and it swims downward so fast that his eyes and sinuses explode from the pressure, granting him a few moments of blisteringly intense pain before he finally drowns.

Well I mean I read in this book in 5th grade that dolphins protected their pod from sharks by bashing the sharks with their bottle noses (only applies to bottlenose dolphins)

That book also showed dolphins having sex

Exactly. The only time Godzilla loses is when he's a bad guy (The first two, GMK, etc).

Wait... no. He was the villain a few more times before he became a the protagonist. King Kong and Mothra beat him in the third and fourth movies.

Loved that game. I always ended up as the Beetle guy cause he had the best victory dance. Destroying all of Japan was pretty fun too, I suppose.

Hensei Godzilla was only good if you took in account that sometimes the other things were worse. Most of the time he was the bad guy.

In fact the only time I can really recall him being the good guy is vs King Ghidorah (the first fight, and then they make Mecha-King Ghidorah after they realize that Godzilla isn't leaving) vs Space Godzilla, and vs Destroyah. And Godzilla was the bigger threat in the last one anyway.

fuck yes, mutant dinosaurs and jet powered turtles! the very reason i liked mst3k so much was that we used to watch the shit out of the movies while doing voice-overs for maximum hilarity.

The last book, "The Lost Continent" sort of went into print before it got cancelled. It's floating out there somewhere. Some used bookseller might have it, but there are no promises. It was the one book I was really looking forward to back in the day. I think I still have the first four in my basement.

Your fuckin' family's dug into the Southie projects like ticks. You, however, grew up on the North Shore, huh? Well, la-di-fuckin'-da. You were kind of a double kid, I bet, right? Huh? One kid with your old man, one kid with your mother. You're upper-middle class during the weeks, then you're droppin' your "R"s and you're hangin' in the big, bad Southie projects with your daddy on the weekends. I got that right?
