Confusing HD Reception Situation

I just got a Samsung LA32R81BDX and i am unable to pick up any HD channels. However, when i borrowed a friends $99 ASUS external USB HD Tuner a few months ago, i could get them all flawlessly on my PC.

Suggestions? Am i just retarded and unable to tune it properly?

    everything's plugged in and switched on? (sorry, have to ask :P)

    is there some kind of autotune thingy on the remote?

    Haha, yep its all plugged in etc.

    The autotune grabs all of the Standard Def channels perfectly. But does nothing with HD at all.

    And yes, the TV is ment to have an integrated HD Tuner.

    are you getting these through cable or over the air? if the later did you have an antenna hooked up to the TV?

    antenna, and yes it was hooked up.

    Just very pissed off that i can get the HD on a cheap tv tuner card, but i'm shit outa luck when trying to get it on a 1300 TV.
