Fully Clean out Firefox

I love FireFox, but something is wrong. Some extension, some Addon is causing some CSS styles to come up all wonky and crappy. I know these work in IE and on Fire Fox at home, so I want to full clean FireFox. I have un-installed through the Control Panel and deleted the Mozilla and Firefox folders in C:\Program Files. However, when I reinstall it still has my add ons, bookmarks, and themes.

How can I fully clean it out?
