iPhones and early nights and weekends

I just bought an iPhone, and its great, but I can't figure out how to add the early nights and weekends (I'm in the US, on AT&T as one would expect) Theres lots of other features on the AT&T account site I can see, but not the early nights and weekends that I want. You guys have never let me down before, has anyone added this to their phone? If so, how did you do it?

    I don't know if AT&T offers that, actually. Call and ask.

    On the main AT&T website its there listed as something you could add to a phone package, and when I search for how to add it on google theres a lot of people saying they did do it, and whether it was worth it or not but noone saying how they actually did. I just hate customer support lines, and thought someone here might have an iPhone and have done it.
