Anyone know where I could find some decent anti-virus software that is free?

Ive tried using the Trendmicro online scan but it always seems to fuck up for me.

I could try a google search but I am not sure I trust all the results... i want something that is decent as well.

I've been using AVG Free for a couple of years now. No problems so far, but I'm also pretty careful about what I view and open anyway.

Yeah I seem to have the Trend Micro one working now actually, but I am still open to more suggestions.

Normally I am pretty careful too, but I clicked on some link in the blizzard warcraft forums that apparently downloads a keylogger to your system...

Luckily I havent gone into anything yet with any usernames or passwords.

AVG and Avast! are the big two when it comes to free software. I've used both, and one seems as good as another so flip a coin and pick one :P

AntiVir has been the choice for me, and many of my friends for years now.
Very good security, very small resource footprint, very unobtrusive UI/process.

AVG is the way to go- and it doesnt hog your RAM, unlike McAfee >.>

I also use Antivir. Couple that with Comodo Firewall and you're golden.
