Hey all, I'm currently doing a research project for my A level paper 'Knowledge and Inquiry', and I'm currently on the topic of discussing aesthetics and its relationship with video games (or, to phrase it more blatantly, whether video games can be considered as art and if it provides an aesthetic experience).
There's a problem though, that while the area of aesthetics has been heavily debated and discussed, the relationship it has to video games has not been explored thoroughly (which on the flip side, means I can provide a refreshing take on thing), and like all good research papers, I need a good source of materials to back up my claims, and here it is that I need your help.
There are quite a number of resources available online, but I'm afraid I've not been able to secure any print materials with regards to this topic, and it would be really awesome if any of you have books or magazine articles that you guys could share with me. I have been to the library, but I'm afraid the library around here lacks such resources, and I figured I could trust the good people of these international forums to perhaps give me a nudge in the right direction for print research.
