Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it, follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

I want to take a screenshot in Maya 2008, but I don't want to use PrintScrn because that gives way too low-res of an image. Is there a way I can take a screenshot directly within Maya?

A shot of everything, or a render of the single item?

Print screen shouldn't be any lower of a resolution than what you're looking at, but if it's acting up, just install Gadwin Print Screen or some other screen capture program.

I was having trouble with figuring out how to render, but I found out what my problem was. Thanks anyway.
