Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it, follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!
Why is that guy always naked or close to it? At least I think that is the guy who played the dad in Malcom in the Middle. I should look into it, that guy was cool.
The opening scene of the pilot is one of the strongest hooks I've ever seen from a TV show. That whole first episode is amazing. The second is a solid follow-up, and then the third is what's likely to keep you watching forever.
Man, I love this show. Even talking about it is getting me all amped.
this is one of those shows that i would watch if i wasnt already obsessed with the wire, entourage, weeds, the daily show, adult swim, colbert report, etc etc etc

But the only ones of those that are airing now are The Wire, adult swim, The Daily Show, and The Colbert Report.
And they don't air the same time Breaking Bad does.
This show is great. I kept catching the commercials for it constantly so when it came time to air I sat down and watched it. His reaction to those teenagers in the clothing store was just perfect.

Yeah, he played that pitch-perfect. It's not "I'm a badass now." It's "I'm dead in a year, so I'll be god damned if I'm putting up with anybody's shit."
Please turn to the book of Mecha, chapter 5, verse 6.
"And the lord spoke, saying 'activate interlock, dynotherms are connected, infracells up, megathrusters are go' and the people spoke as one in response. 'Go Voltron Force'. And the lord saw that it was good"

Another great part was "Fuck you and your eyebrows!" It was just a haha what kind of moment. I'm really hopin' this series doesn't fall through.
This show is so so so so so great. Bryan Cranston's performance is fucking inspired.
And as an aside, folks with Comcast HD receivers can watch this in HD-on-Demand, which is outstanding since--at least in Seattle--AMC has no dedicated HD channel.

because you haven't seen it
(so good)
too bad I don't believe in having cable in the house
yeah, if i want to see the real thing, i can drive into the next county over
it's a good show
It really is the best new show on television, by a very, very wide margin.
remedy this
so yes! I'll see what I can do tonight.
does it show primarily on IFC or AMCP?
You are in for a treat.

NO tis' the devil's teat
but you like teats
First two (I thought it was three, but checking corrected me) episodes are on the AMC website, here: http://link.brightcove.com/services/link/bcpid1336690183/bclid1341017816/bctid1400565057
If you can watch up through the opening credits on that first episode and not be sold, I will be shocked.
oh that's right
NO this is heresy

Conan, Colbert AND John were all on both episodes, fighting
That whole debacle was from during the strike. Way to keep with the times.
And Barcardi, that is a terrible excuse. AMC website, now.
I have to watch the tv's at my neighbors so I rarely see anything
every time the show would air i would think about making this thread
but by the time the episode was over i would forget again
i'm glad someone finally stepped up

they DO make a topical cream for this.
