Hey guys. Hopefully this message wroks.
My computer seems to have stopped being able to upload things. I can push up small things, like short forum posts or the like... but nothing too big. Sites like speedtest.net don't work, and I can't send e-mail. My last torrent, I had a rediculously low share ratio.
Can anyone think what might be causing this? It started about a week ago. I'll provide more info as people request. I have to keep this message short.
