I'm at my mom's house, and my sister's ipod isn't being recognized by the computer.
all of my USB ports are working fine (i've tested each) but it keeps popping up as not recognizing the ipod.
does anybody know what I can do at this point? (the reason I'm asking for fast help is because my sister is leaving on a march break trip in about 5 hours)

Have you installed iTunes on the computer?
iTunes - updated
USB drivers - installed
iPod website - visited, nothing helped
I came here kind of as a last resort.
Either way, I couldn't figure it out before she left.
any ideas would still be welcome
