i waited until right as my manager was leaving for the day to say, "just to let you know i'm quitting in a month and a half because i'm moving"

took 10 minutes for him to realize i wasn't messing with him

When I quit my last job it was the best feeling in the world my boss was a lying sack of rotting shit.

Examples

1) Faked a pregnancy scare on the day both the District Manager was coming in for a store inspection and the Store Inventory was getting done which the store was in no shape for.

2) Had her phone "stolen" the day I was sick (ended up going to the hospital) after I called her 3 times and the other employee couldn't come in because she was out of town. Although 2 days later she had her phone and didn't know what I was talking about in reference to her purse being stolen with the phone in it, suffice to say the store didn't open the day I was sick.

my last day's this saturday so my attitude since last week has been "i don't give a fuck, I'm out"

like today a guy wanted to trade something in that he bought three months ago and he had the receipt and i was like "if you have the same credit card with you i'll just refund it"
