Broken Post Timer

Sanius (a forumer that some of you may know) is unable to post. Whenever he tries, the forum tells him that he made his last post too recently. It has been like this for two days, so if any of you know how to fix this, or what the cause of it may be, he'd be glad to know. He can still read threads, so just post the answer here if you can help. It'd be nice if you could, since I imagine this is pretty frustrating.

    I have recieved this message 4 times. The answer is still the same. I need to fix his account at a database level, and I didn't have time with midterms.

    Just Bri was having some sort of problem where he couldnt post at all either.

    I had the problem for about ten minutes last night then it disappeared. So, uh... I dunno. Sometimes it's temporary?

    I fixed the following user accounts :
      Barnolde Just_Bri_Thanks hotdrop Sanius Favlaud
    They had posts in the future.
