Adobe Flash problems

I can't seem to view any flash video content (ie youtube, dailymotion etc) in Opera. Opera will playback two seconds of video without sounds, then stop. It won't download anymore, yet it'll display the playback bar as full, allowing to skip to different parts, which if I do, once again will play two seconds no sound, then freeze.
Any help is appreciated greatly.

    I'd like to say that I'm also having the same problem, but in firefox, flash works fine for a while and then suddenly flash frezes up and refuses to work properly, even in other browsers until the computer gets rebooted, it's been happening for a month now and it's driving me insane.
