Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it, follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!
I'm looking to get the best bang for my buck, of course, and I'm willing to spend up to $300. My research has told me that the best I can do for that kind of money is 22", which is fine. I'm leaning towards this monitor, but I respectfully request the advice of anyone who might have some input on this subject. The monitor will be used for both my 360 and my PC.
My only requirement is that it'll work with my Xbox 360's VGA cable, and it has to have built-in speakers.
I bought this viewsonic monitor about a year ago and i've been pretty happy with it (other than the first one I got not working after 3 hours and having to swap it for a different one)... the speakers are predictably not great, though they work well enough for the non-360 gaming I've done on it, and I've never noticed any ghosting/etc (though I'm not an lcd aficionado by any means).

LG, huh? That was one of the brands I was considering. Looking for something a bit bigger than that particular one, though. We'll see.
