message_die() was called multiple times

Going to the last page in a thread gave me the error message:

message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?

Then I got some mySQL errors.

    Just another artifact of alpha's late night coding. Clearly he got fed up and just decided to tell MySQL to die at one point and then forgot about it.
