Stuck (Fortune Teller Switch)

So..

I got the Sinwheel to Dr. Pee, bought the horn, and killed everything I can see at the Boardwalk. I still have no switch for the Fortune Teller, and evil mist cloud thing remains....what did I miss?

    I don't remember exactly how I got the switch, but make sure you've done everything you can in Hobo Alley.

    The switch is in Hobo Alley, in the landlord's factory, just behind where the landlord falls when you kill him.
