I'm pretty sure "habeas" is second-person subjunctve and "corpus" singular. Latin's not my thing, but that's what every resource I've ever seen said.

If that's the case, it would be "(you shall) have (the) corpse", not "to have corpses". The graveyard thing doesn't really make sense, then.
