Cursed Keyboard

At work they decided to order an ergonomic keyboard and sample it around the office. It intially worked and installed itself (we're XP Pro) on three different machines, but has ceased functioning on all three. I've tried installing the manufacturer's driver, but windows tells me the driver contains no information on the device and identifies the device as an unknown in device manager. Is there a way I can tell windows tough shit and force the driver?

The keyboard is an Adesso PCK-308UB.

    Have you tried right clicking it in device manager, and uninstalling it. Then rebooting the machine? See if that lets you install the windows drivers.

    Sometimes you have to install the drivers BEFORE you plug them in. Also, I've never really heard of Adesso :(
