i was supposed to go to paris with my fiancee this summer

it's what i was doing instead of PAX

and then uh

some stuff happened and i got jerked around financially and neither of us could afford to save up for it so now we're not going.

because its not possible for anyone to not like sushi. myself I sometimes wonder how anyone can like it, but I figure if people can eat raw tarantula guts and call it a delicacy the same can be applied to raw fish. I'm open minded about it y'know?

If you get the chance again, instead of Paris, go to the country side. The French country side is some of the nicest people and food you will ever get.

I've visited throughout the UK (England, Scottland and Wales), some of Ireland (yes including dublin which I thought was nice), France (Paris and some of the Riviera, and that Monaco place idk if that's an independent nation or what though), and Italy (good portions of the north and south along with the island of Capri). All during the summers of 03 and 04 when I was a wee little lad.

I'm going to Italy again and then to Greece (including taking a ferry along some islands in the aegean) next week from the 9th till the 21st. I'm looking forward to it since it's been about three years since the previous opportunity to do this tour (which i didnt have the money to go on).

Also sushi is good though I only enjoy certain types.

edit- As for states i've lived in california (where I was born), nyc, new jersey, and connecticut in that order (CT being the state i've lived in the longest). I've also visited Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, DC, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, and Florida.

My parents randomly told me a few months ago that they're not paying for any more of my international vacations. I can still get tickets for most places in America, but that's not the same at all.

I'd really like to see anything other then America.

I've been to the Bahamas, and hopefully I'm going to Jamaica early next year. But thats hardly a real experience, since it's resorts.

I'd love to see, Greece, Spain, Italy, Germany, China, Brazil, The Yucatan, Dubai.... and a half dozen others.
