Internal Card Reader Freezing in Vista

Hey dudes, so I picked up this internal card reader out of some random computer. Cool and all. Only problem is if I try to access an SD card with it in vista nothing happens. Explorer just locks up for about five minutes.
I'm thinking "Okay, I'll find some drivers" problem is, I have no idea who makes it. At all. There are no identifying numbers on it or anything. Here's a picture of it. Any help is appreciated.
The image was uploaded using a sd card usb adapter plugged into the usb port on the card reader. So it's not a connection issue.
