He's the guy that composed the GTA IV theme song, Soviet Connection. I'm not really sure where to begin searching, other than possibly looking for electronic beats with an orchestral background, except it's not always orchestral. The only stuff I've been able to find of his, aside from the GTA song, is what's on his MySpace.
The only artist I can possibly think of that somewhat relates is Four Tet, but he's much more jazzy that what I'm looking for in this instance.
Edit: I guess Michael Hunter also makes music under the alias Pablo and another one called Butch Cassidy Sound System, if that helps.
