So Microsoft has that whole game creation for the 360 thing going on and it got me into messing with XNA again. However, while I already have all the software needed for a programming environment, I dont have any artistic software besides Fruitloops, and that doesnt make pictures.
So what I need from you good people are software reccomdations for the making of sprites both static and animated.
Price really isnt an issue as functionality is my only priority .
