Just look at all dat anime cartoons.
All of the female characters have huge heads, huge eyes, tiny torsos, short arms and huge hands, gigantic legs and humongous feet. And all of them wear the shortest of skirts (except for Dora, but come on). Not to forget that most of the shoes look exactly the same. And look at all those panty shots on those underaged characters.

Yeah, I've sat through some of his comics, but never for long. It's all just mindless fanservice with some of the worst writing I've ever encountered.
His artstyle isn't bad at all, really, it's just not going to go over well for people who aren't into anime.
