Just downloaded it and spent some time with it. Fun game, I'd recommend playing still alive from mirror's edge. Also, does everybody just use the mouse to play? I think the arrows feel nicer, but I can't move around fast enough, so I use the mouse.
Have they made a mode that can just "play" through a playlist or folder of music on auto or something for eye candy?
I would keep it on my second monitor at work all day if that was the case.
That mode's been there since the start, but it only has one song at a time.
If you want a visualizer going on a second monitor, I recommend milkdrop for winamp.
Can I infer from this that there is no way to play through a whole album/personally created playlist without breaks? I have to go back to the menu screen and select the new song each time?

If the next file is in the same folder as the one you've just finished, there should be a "Next Song" button on the results screen which goes directly to loading the next file, skipping file selection. This is my recollection, at least.

I just use the mouse. Actually, I prefer using my touchpad to my actual mouse. I personally find full mouse speed works well with the touchpad, but about 3/4 speed works well the actual mouse.
