del should never be allowed to produce his own albums.
And seeing as many people have mentioned Nas & MF Doom.... who else has listened to 'Nastradoomus' vol.1 and 2. Man... I still play the shit out of those tracks, 'Shoot Em Up' is my song.
9th Wonder & Buckshot are also live. Saw them in concert back in June for the release of 'The FORMULA'.
Saw someone mentioned Ghostface... he is by far the most consistent Wu-Tang member. From Pretty Toney to the Big Doe Rehab... man hasn't released a bad album. And that doesn't even include 'Supreme' or 'Wallets'.
Kilo is one of the best driving songs.
Anyone else go to 'Rock the Bells' music tour this summer? Up here for the Toronto show we had The Cool Kids, Murs, Supernatural, Jay Electronica, The Pharcyde, De La Soul, Rakim (and Kid Capri), Mos Def, Method Man & Redman (with Street Life), Nas, and finally a Tribe Called Quest. That concert changed my life, and I didn't think anything could top the Marc Ecko hip-hop festival from a few years back.

Gettin it done with a little bit a gold and pager.
The Cool Kids, watch out for these Chi town throwbacks.
Dispensing with all the violent themes, drugs, and obscenity actually made that music better
I am liking it so far. A lot.
These guys refer to themselves as the "Black Beastie Boys." They can sound straight out of '88 when they want to, but completely modern and hip (let's not forget the hop) at the same time. Just do it.
really?

I keep getting the Cool Kids and the Black Kids confused. Crazy kids with their rap music.
