Oblivion character texture mods

I was looking to reinstall Oblivion today and I found all the old mods I am fond of but I still find myself with a huge gap in the lineup: characters.

No I don't mean a "nude" patch or some such. Just a mod(s) to improve the look of your character and all the NPCs in the game. I know I had these for Morrowind and there must be some around for Oblivion by this point.

Any suggestions?

What you think "makes sense" has nothing to do with reality. It just has to do with your life experience. And your life experience may only be a small smidgen of reality. Possibly even a distorted account of reality at that. So what this means is that, beginning in the 20th century as our means of decoding nature became more and more powerful, we started realizing our common sense is no longer a tool to pass judgment on whether or not a scientific theory is correct. - Neil Degrasse Tyson

I never really looked hard for any character improvement mods but the ones I saw were all for adding gay anime furry stuff to characters so you could have anime eyes with a huge replica of the buster sword from FF7 and angel wings and a fox tail and ears and shit.

Or maybe I'm thinking of something else. :D

Yeah, I've seen a lot of those around while trying to google for character texture mods. Hence this thread :)

There must be some good ones out there though.

For body mods there's Roberts for males and Bab, Exnem, and Corwyns for females. As for making the NPCs better, not a whole lot of options other than TNR.
