Some of the past posters are doing it wrong. You post PICTURES damnit. None of this "This is what I got, thanks" bullshit.

When opening gifts up in front of the family, do you hide it behind your back after and not shot anyone? No, everyone makes you hold it up for all to see. That's half the fun.. POST PHOTOS! If my Santee just lists his gifts off instead of posting pictures I will be very disappointed.

Barring that, you are opening up MSPaint and posting artistic renditions.

(EDIT: And Scotty, my Santee is in one of those united states, so it's not you :()

Cell phones? There is usually some way to get a digital camera for like 15 minutes to take a few pictures.

    Re: Paprika sub/dub issue

I'm a little late, but I really didn't like the Paprika dub. Some of the voices were OK, but others were way, way off. The Chief comes to mind as one. I'd have watched the subs if I had them.

Well, parts 2 and 3 have been posted today, Santee, and silly me, the card is in part 2, not part 1, but i think you'll guess its me when you receive part 1, anyway. Part 1 should arrive by Monday/Tuesday next week, and parts 2 and 3 by Thursday - they have to swim across the briny first.

So I received another box from Amazon.com today. Inside was Dead Rising for XBOX 360 (hott!), and three Penny Arcade comic books. I tried to take pictures for a picture post, but my camera batteries are dead and I do not have more at the moment.

So all in all I received:

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for DS
a Buffy action figure (bunny Anya ftw)
    Dead Rising for 360
    Penny Arcade: Birds are Weird
Penny Arcade: The Case of the Mummy's Gold
    Penny Arcade: The Warsum Prophecies

Ok Santa! That has got to be the final tally and I still don't know who you are! I have your physical address up there in Canada, so fess up or I'll be at your doorstep before you know it!

So lo and behold I come home from another absolutely wonderful day to find a package at my door!

    cimg0448zg8.jpg

Well, the lovely Amazon.com box arrived today, the other package arrived on Friday so I made sure to wait so that I could rip through everything at the same time! I started with that box on the left and what do I find???

    cimg0449ch9.jpg

Sweet! A book that I haven't read yet (that is my Secret Santa's favorite):

    cimg0486xb5.jpg

And two movies that I wanted to see that I never got around to:

    cimg0451ig3.jpg

Oh, this glorious haul doesn't end here, we have the first received package to open still ... *rip* oh my lord it's:

    cimg0453nv8.jpg

Holy balls it's a new 360 game!!! Nice Santa, it looks awesome, definately something new for me to give a try!

    cimg0483uy3.jpg

I'd like to take this time to say thanks, I love everything you got me and it's all greatly appreciated! Thank you so much, and even with your hints, I can't figure out who you are ... I demand you reveal yourself!

Package sent today. Shipping was fortunately very reasonable, given the size of the pretty ridiculous box I used... so don't mind an oblique, oddly shaped package at your doorstep in the next eight business days, Santee.

A lot of pictures that prove the iPhone is a lot of things, but it is not a camera.

Glad you got the package, and enjoyed the contents. I am always a little wary sending to apartments/ townhouses/ condos, as I never know how secure delivering a big box is. Sorry for the paranoid proxy message I sent out last week, and I'm glad you're feeling better!

I had a great time stalking you - I was just worried that I was stalking some other Shady3011. I had no luck with your real name - which is apparently shared with some big-shot Portuguese professor. As for the choice of game, I always include something Zombie themed for my Santee, a little indulgence of mine. I was shocked - shocked! - to see that you hadn't played Dead Rising.

I am a little alarmed about your statement that you had never had wings with Bleu Cheese. What exactly do you cretins do out there on the left coast? That's like saying you've had sex, but only in someone's ear! Good luck hunting for sponge candy - it's available only in certain regions. I lol'd at the mental image of you throwing the suckers in a great arc to distract your siblings whilst you made off with the loot. Hope they liked them!

PS: The potential extra item fell through. Sorry! It wasn't anything major, but would have been cool nonetheless.

As an english major, I think you'll enjoy infinite jest. Keep in mind that it will take a little perseverence, but it is an excellent book. Make sure you read the endnotes, they are essential to the story/experience.

I was very nervous that you already had the movies, glad I could get you something you haven't seen!

Hope you enjoy EDF too, it's a seriously fun game.

Yeah, I'm really excited to get into it, I probably will start it up later tonight actually. I've read longer, so the length doesn't scare me, and I kidna read a little on the back in order to get a little bit of the plot and it sounds awesome I really can't wait.

And EDF looks good too, I'm always up for trying something new, thanks again! (And of course I know the movies are going to be sweet!)
