Greetings, and welcome to the world of...
Go ahead, have a seat in the world-famous Pie Hole pie restaurant, and !order your favorite kind of pie. Or maybe you wish to try a cup-pie, with a scoop of ice cream. It matters not what you pick, for the Pie-Maker makes the best around!
Be wary, though, for there may be others that wish to steal your pie, and happiness! Yet, there is good news: The Pie Hole's policy states that a particularly disgruntled or socially unacceptable patron may be ejected bodily from the restaurant (based on popular opinion, of course)!

Pushing What?
Pushing Phallas is a MiniPhalla based on the TV show Pushing Daisies.
What is a Phalla?
Phalla is the Penny Arcade version of the forum game, Mafia. All standard rules apply.

This will be a fairly straightforward Phalla, with a majority "village" faction and a smaller "mafia" group, though there may be a few exceptions. In theory, the game should be pretty balanced, but it's entirely possible that it's not; it's my first game.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: This game involves resurrection in some form or another. Therefore, talking while dead is strictly forbidden (even to other dead people, sorry!). If you die, you are unable to talk to anyone about the game unless told otherwise.
Players must vote each day in bold red like this: !vote crimsoncoyote. Failure to vote for two days in a row will result in removal for inactivity (unless I know about it in advance), other than that, there are no hard rules regarding inactivity.
Vote closes at 11pm EDT / 8 pm PDT. Votes and actions received at 10:59/7:59 and earlier will count, anything after that will count for the next day, unless otherwise specified.
This shouldn't have to be said, but no quoting/screencapping/etc. of role PMs.
Make sure to send me all links to proboards if you make them.

Clarifications
If you haven't seen the show, it shouldn't have a huge impact on the game. If you take a crash course on Wikipedia though, there might be some beneficial information, but it is in no way necessary to play.
Unless otherwise specified, your win condition is with that of the Pie Hole (i.e. "village").
"Pie Holer" is the generic villager role. Everyone should have been given that PM.
Tied votes will be RNG'd.
Anything that happens after 11pm hits counts on the next day.
Names/roles in the narration have nothing to do with actual roles/actions (except for those that died).
Roles are not always revealed on death.

We Apologize for the Inconvenience." And squeezed between those two lines: "and Murder Investigation"
Ned, Chuck, Emerson, and Olive can be seen inside, running around, cleaning up the filling of cherry pie... or was it blood? One could hardly tell. But what one could tell, though, was that something was amiss, thanks to the message on the door.
The facts were these...
Six hours, thirteen minutes ago, The Pie Hole had concluded its First Annual "Open Your Pie Hole at The Pie Hole" Pie-Eating Contest. But there was not the joyous celebration of the winners or the joyous cleaning of vomit from the restrooms. In fact, no one looked happy, for during the contest, both crimsoncoyote and TehSloth dropped dead in the middle of consuming their Three-Plum and Rhubarb pies, respectively.
The Pie-Maker and Emerson Cod ushered everyone in the busy Pie Hole outside, with the exception of Chuck. Acting swiftly, Ned touched the fallen contestants. -Shing!- -Shing!-
"BLEGH! That was the worst pie I've ever tasted"
"That was absolutely disgusting," they said. "You've lost your touch, Pie-Maker. I can't believe you still sell that sh-"
"My pies are pies, they are the same pies I've been making all my life, I've never changed the recipe; I didn't even change the recipe for this occasion," said the Pie-Maker.
"Someone must have tampered with the pies," added Chuck.
"Here it goes..." said Emerson Cod.
One minute drew near... "Alright, we'll make sure we find out who did this to you two. Good night!" -Zzt!- -Zzt!- Ned touched them. They were dead again... forever.
Emerson sighed. "This was supposed to be my day off."
"I hate to think it, but it has to be someone in The Pie Hole," commented Ned.
And they went to work...
And thus it came to be, that instead of eating delicious pies, I am stuck narrating the mysteries of the Pie-Maker and his companions.
