Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it, follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

You are way too angry about this.

Find me some people who will sit for me for hours on end while I fiddle with my camera, work for biscuits, be perfectly satisfied that you're taking pictures of them only because they want your attention, and will provide the same challenges as filming children (without the same sort of hassel[hoff]) and you'll find less pictures of my dog up here.

    I suggest transportation.

I'm sure we could all find something interesting about our cars/bikes/feet/etc.

maybe we can make it a storyboard type thing. Maybe use 2-3 pictures to convey a word, I.E. for transportation they'd take pictures of Cars, feet, bicycles...

And then we'd guess the word (or synonym)?

It'd utilize our storytelling/composition skills. Maybe. What do you think?

Yeah, I think making a game of things could be potentially obnoxious. A more conservative theme would leave plenty of room for abstraction though.

I think we should have photography assignments for all the novice/hobby photographers. Then have a group critique.

I really don't care about the dog pictures, they're just un-inspired. Like bombs said, it doesnt take much though to jam a camera infront of your dogs face and click the shutter button.

Actually, I compared the manner in which I photograph them to the manner in which I photograph dogs.

But yes, they are all pretty smelly and hairy.
