It's pretty fucking big, I'd say. Maybe not as big as the surface area of Fallout 1 and 2, but there are certainly more points of interest.

Its not just one big city. D.C. is roughly a quarter of the map, the rest is the surrounding open wasteland.

It feels a little smaller to me than Cyrodiil, but there are more interesting locations sprinkled about. Its also kind of necessary since you don't have a horse to run around on.

Yeah, Capitol Building. I can pretty much annihilate everything with my plasma rifle so I just ran through the whole thing and killed everyone. Too bad there weren't any big rewards, but I got plenty of ammo and stuff. And there was a behemoth.
