    Cool thank you. I waited for the first episode to hit Steam, I don't mind waiting for the second. I imagine I'll be busy with Fallout 3 for a while anyway :)

    no, this must be where it saves if you have the hothead version. I've already tried this. There is no AppData folder in my user/username folder. it's just contacts, documents, etc

    Microsoft thinks that normal users can't be trusted with that kind of access. One of the first things I do when I install Windows is unhide everything.

    I didn't have any issue. When I loaded ep2 it recognized my char from ep1 even though ep1 was Steam and ep2 was not. It was done automatically

    I looked at the front page of Steam's store this morning and did not see it.
    I will buy it tonight though!
