PSP Video Folder Structure?

I've been using PSP video 9 to convert video files to mpeg-4, just like I always did, but on my new psp, firmware 4.05, it never sees the videos I drag onto it. Is there a folder structure other than PSP -> VIDEOS that I need to be using?
PSPV9 has a bunch of extra folders it makes locally, but when I send to device it doesnt replicate them so I figured it didnt need to. However, under the profiles it only goes up to firmware 3.x, so maybe thats the problem.
Edit: Nevermind, the problem was the VIDEO folder has to be on the root of the memory card, not under PSP. Confusing!
