I doubt gundam is around, but yeah, it's reflecting light from the overhead lights (and probably ambient light in the room too).
I actually don't know anything anything about fish tanks except that i've kept a few goldfish in a little 10 gallon my parents have, but I bet turning off the overhead lights gets rid of all the reflection, especially at night.
