The two cockatiels on the back door. Bozo, the male pied, is on the left. Kyu, the female lutino, is on the right.

    bozo-kyu-door.jpg

And here they are on top of their cage. They've got two cages - a medium-sized one that's used to take them outside and this larger one, which is permanently indoors because it's attached to a miniature rainforest.

Bozo's standing on top of the nesting box, where Kyu will probably lay her eggs. As you can see, Kyu's eating some celery.

    My purebred beagle Layah doggie.

She has such a natural hunting instinct it is amazing. I'll try to get video of her chasing down scents tomorrow.

She's a bit smaller than most beagles as beagles are prone to dwarfism but her speed and scent capability are amazing. Also she is such a loving dog and she just wants to either track small animals or cuddle with me all day.

I have spent the last 15 minutes playing fetch with one of my cats.

There's this green mouse that he loves so he's just been bringing it to me, I fling it across the apartment and he tears ass after it just to bring it back and do it again.

The other one does the exact same thing except with a totally different toy.

Lately they've also taken to dragging my shoes around.

I think they think they're dogs.

I think i'm getting a dog next year, but i don't know what kind i should get. I work full time, so i don't want one that will go apeshit if i'm not there all the time. I think beagles are awesome, but i don't want a howler. I love labs, but i would feel bad b/c i have a small house. Decisions Decisions!!!

I don't normally post in SE but I figured this was a good reason to show off my new puppies. They're brother and sister. I got them about a month and a half ago and so far the only casualties are a few baseboards and one live headset. Luckily it wasn't mine.

My girlfriend's cat watches TV. Like she really seems intent on it, although she is selective about which programs she likes. She will also stare at the puppycam website with great interest. I get the impression that, unlike dogs, cats can somewhat understand the concept of television.

When I visited Rachel in England, we went to her parents' for Christmas. We watched a show that had a scene with two cats fighting, and her family cat freaked the fuck out upon hearing it.

My sister is taking care of our family dog, and apparently, since I moved away to college, she started turning on a little television in the room where he sleeps and sits occasionally, and now he's developed a liking for particular shows, where he'll watch some things and bark at others until you get to one he likes, :P.

When I opened my eyes this morning my dog was standing over me, with his nose inches away from my face. He saw me get up and instantly let out a happy bark to let me know it was time for a walk

Keep in mind that my dog weighs about 85 pounds. This is not cute at all when it is a large dog
